Terms of Service

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the service provider governing your use of the StoBot web chat application and related services ("Software").

By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms of this EULA, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• (a) Access and use the features, content, and services made available through the Software for personal or commercial purposes;
• (b) Use the Software in your business operations, provided such use complies with all applicable laws.

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• (a) Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Software;
• (b) Remove or alter any proprietary notices;
• (c) Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or transfer the Software;
• (d) Use the Software to develop competing products;
• (e) Use the Software for any illegal purpose.

3. AI-Generated Content and Copyright

All responses generated by StoBot are produced by Large Language Models (LLMs). As these responses are automatically generated, no human, including the user or the developer, can claim copyright ownership over the AI-generated responses themselves. StoBot provides these responses "as is" for informational and interaction purposes.

4. User Responsibility and Prohibited Behavior

Users are solely responsible for the content they post or share through StoBot. We maintain a high standard for our community interactions.

Account Ban: Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, illegal activities, or the promotion of harmful content, will lead to an immediate and permanent account ban without notice.

5. Ownership

The Software, including all content, features, functionality, and intellectual property rights therein (excluding AI-generated output as described in Section 3), are and will remain the exclusive property of the service provider and its licensors.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE SERVICE PROVIDER DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT. AI RESULTS SHOULD BE REVIEWED AND VERIFIED BY YOU.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Osaka, Japan.
